We stopped for lunch during the Timanfaya tour and whilst most people went to Las Dolores (suggested by the tour guide) to have access to a buffet (9 EUR pp) I saw this little cafe and wandered there instead. This tiny cafe is a gem! Had a beer, ham croquettes and fish croquettes and rabbit with potatoes and it was incredibly testy. All for 10 EUR.

Great little cafe stop on a family cycle ride. A little pricey, but not a lot of choice in the area, and good fast service with somewhere to sit out of the wind and relax with nice view. Busy with locals too just having a drink!

chanced upon this little tapas bar during a bus tour, which stopped at the restaurant next door for a buffet. we chose to come here instead and we're not disappointed. All tapas are 7.5eur. we ordered a leche a leche, a barraquito, and a coke. for food, a grilled tuna and croquettes (serano ham and chicken). both were served with sweet potato and potato crisps, and were delightful. loved the food, homely and generous portions for its price imo. wished I could've tried more. served within 10 minutes of ordering and the bill came up to 19 euro. everything was delicious and service was lovely, English speaking for those who are worried. lots of cyclists stopping here too. they have a good toilet as compared to the portable toilets outside.

That was a suprise! During long day of Tour - Instead picking all you can eat bar that was recommended by local guide we deciced to find Baraquido. So we find that bar next to bus parking lot. Building not so pleasing. Inside rememinds some desheveled place that glorvous time has passed long time ago. But that maybe effect of poorly lighted interior or bright light of outside that make it looks very shaded. Clientele mostly eldery person and some guys who prefer cheap booze. Kinda suspicious on the first sight... but it has some of kind of alluring charm. But we decided to step in. No such possision in menu so we asked man behind the counter. He offered Baraquido for 2€. Layer of licor 43 was around 1cm thick. We decided to grab also fish form.menu for 8.50€. So in total we payed 12.5€. Person was friendly and service was awesome. He encourage to speak and ask anything we want to know. While waiting for fish he asked if we require ketchup and mayonese bring us a bottle that was a bit signs of long use -kinda sticky dry ketchup on the site of bottle. Bit wobbley table set on place under scorching sun on the parking lot with scare shade of palm tree. But hear me out - that was fascinating. As place where you do not expect much - You see how they try bring your order best way. Quite a discovery.

Wow! If you’re doing the bus tour and don’t fancy the commissioned buffet, pop in here. Lovely outdoor seating and great food. I got the chicken sandwich that was incredible. The bread was crunchy yet so soft, hot marinated chicken, cheese and tomato. I got it with a coke and it was €5.50. The person behind the counter was also incredibly friendly and spoke great English which is always helpful!

This is a nice little cafe in Timafaya park. We stopped off here during a cycle ride. It's savoury snacks sandwiches were very good though it didn't have any cakes or sweet snacks. I enjoyed the fish croquettes and chicken croquettes that were served with freshly made thick crisps. Service was very friendly.
